The theme of the week was Saddle Ridge Ranch and on Friday night they presented a musical. The songs were wonderful and you could tell the kids had a great week and enjoyed all the songs. Makinley and Morgan were of course the cutest and best on stage. Makinley wore a cowboy hat and boots and had a speaking part. Morgan wore boots and a pink skirt and sang with all her heart.
After the musical I was met by two excited girls. Very impromptu they asked, "MeMe, can we spend the night?" Well, why not. So we loaded up and came home. Pa had just come in and they sang their songs for him. The excitement wore off quickly and tired kicked in. We were in bed by 10:30.
I found this note on my night stand. AHHHHHHHHHH isn't that sweet.
